Buttercup~Adopted's Story...
Buttercup is 9 mths old and all puppy!! She is very sweet and extremely cute. She does well with other dogs and kids. She was the last puppy left of the litter and the breeder just wanted to get rid of her so you can tell she did nothing with her. Buttercup is craving attention and just loves to be with and near you. She is very eager to learn and please you. She is with our dog trainer now and he says she is doing just fine. You just have to stay consistent with her. She loves to go on walks and run in the fence. She is a little thing only weighing in at 7.5 lbs. (full grown she will probably be about 10 lbs) She is just looking for her forever family...

Age: 9 mths

Weight: 7.5 lbs

Adoption fee: $250

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Buttercup~Adopted, a Troy Jack Russell Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Jack Russell Terrier for sale in Troy, or seeking a Jack Russell Terrier puppy from a breeder in Troy.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Troy already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Troy breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Jack Russell Terrier breeders who help with Jack Russell Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Troy paves the way for another one to be saved.
