My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ripley is an extremely gentle and affectionate young dog who really would love a home with some children to love. His original family consisted of several young children but the parents in the family turned him into the shelter when he got "too big". We can’t imagine having a dog since he was a pup and then taking him to a county pound for that reason. The shelter volunteer that contacted us about him said poor Ripley just cried and cried for his family. He has done beautifully here at Cedar Farm and has made lots of new dog friends. He is wonderful with dogs of all sizes and temperaments. His play style is very gentle and he is even good with our cats. Ripley is tall and leggy and kind of goofy but is so very gentle and sweet. He loves to sit right by your side and adores human companionship. Ripley is not quite one year old and is so much fun! He weighs 59 lbs., is neutered and up to date on his shots and microchipped. He walks very well on leash, has wonderful house manners and is crate trained and house broken. We’d love to introduce you and your family to Ripley.
