My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Louie is a special needs peke. He is totally blind. He was an owner surrender. We rescued him from a shelter. He had been hit by a car. He is doing really great. He will need someone who is familiar with dealing with a blind pet. He loves other dogs and loves to give kisses. He is a very special and loving peke. He is 9 months old. Complete our on line application if you would like to be considered in adopting Louie. He must have a fenced in yard. Check out the video of Louie playing with his foster pekes.
