Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Elliot's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Elliot's Story...
Elliot and his brother and sisters are 9 week old GSD/Border Collie/Husky mixes. They were dumped at the shelter last week, and are looking for a fresh start. How sad to be so young and already on your own.

All 4 are very sweet pups who just want to run and play and be loved. They will be average sized dogs; probably not over 55 - 60 pounds.

All 4 are up to date on routine vaccinations, flea/tick prevention and heartworm prevention. They will be spayed/neutered later this week.

Please Click Here to fill out an application. This is the first step in our adoption process. No adoption will be considered or discussed until this has been completed and received.

Elliot must go to a home where he will live inside as an important member of the family. We do not adopt to anyone under the age of 21. Our adoption fee is $395, which includes the ground transport fee ($100) for dogs who traveled to their new home and the health certificate fee ($45) that is required by the USDA for all animals crossing state lines.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Elliot, a Brattleboro German Shepherd Dog/Border Collie puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog/Border Collie for sale in Brattleboro, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog/Border Collie puppy from a breeder in Brattleboro.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brattleboro already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brattleboro breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog/Border Collie breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog/Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brattleboro paves the way for another one to be saved.
