Hanna's Story...
My name is Hanna! I am around 2 years old. I was found wandering through traffic and was in the SPCA until a very nice person rescued me (even though she has many other dogs). I was frightened, thin and needed medical help, but now have a clean bill of health! I have gained weight, grown my patches back, and been spayed. I am looking for a forever home or foster home. I am happy, love people, well mannered (sit, heels, and I like my crate), and play well (fetch is my favorite). My foster Mom says I am a good girl! I am housebroken too! I would do best in a home without cats and with a calm dog or better yet – be an only dog! I am is looking for someone to share my love with…

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hanna, a Clarksburg Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Clarksburg, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Clarksburg.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Clarksburg already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Clarksburg breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Clarksburg paves the way for another one to be saved.
