Dickie Dee's Story...
Dickie Dee is a very playful, snuggly, mellow, loving, talkative and sweet 5-month-old male, white and black kitten looking for a loving guardian.

Dickie was crying loudly outside an apartment building in Newark NJ at 1am!!! A kind woman brought him in and located the current foster mommy.
He loves people and gives little kisses. Dickie Dee has grown up in a foster home and enjoys the company of other cats. In fact, he cries if he isnÂ’t around other cats, so he definitely needs another young cat as a playmateÂ…

Dickie Dee is healthy, neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, de-wormed, and virus-tested. To meet and possibly adopt him, please phone, e-mail or text his foster mom Diane at 973-902-4763 or diane.afonso@gmail.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dickie Dee, a bloomfield Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in bloomfield, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in bloomfield.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in bloomfield already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a bloomfield breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in bloomfield paves the way for another one to be saved.
