Cimeron's Info...

I am already spayed and up to date with shots.

Cimeron's Story...
Instant gratification! That is what "Cimeron" is! She arrived at RESQCATS from foster care on July 25 and she is already out and about, playing, romping and having a grand time. Not to mention she is beautiful. Cimeron is white with tortoiseshell tabby markings. . .quite unique. She gets along with other cats and would be great in a home that promises to care for her for her entire lifetime. . ..13 plus years.

She has had an exam, been tested for Felv/FIV, is wormed, received her first FVRCP vaccination ( and RESQCATS will do her second one for you!) and she is also spayed and micro-chipped.

Whoever takes this girl home is going to get the lucky one. . .as her brothers and sisters were "given away" at the Farmer's Market in Ventura!
Be sure to see her u-tube video on RESQCATS Facebook page. She can be reached for an adoption appointment at RESQCATS. . ..(805)563-9424.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cimeron, a Santa Barbara Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Santa Barbara, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Santa Barbara.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Santa Barbara already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Santa Barbara breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Santa Barbara paves the way for another one to be saved.
