My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Doris - This little black labby girl is the sweetest and cutest girl ever and how she found herself is such an awful shelter we sure don’t know. We just know that her life is getting better and better every day. Doris is a medium sized girl, weighing about 50-55 lbs. and is about 2 to 3 years old. She has a beautiful shiny black coat and definitely has personality plus. Doris gets along great with her foster brothers and sisters and loves to romp and play with them. Most of all, she loves it when her foster mom scratches her behind her ears, tells her what a beautiful girl she is and gives her a yummy treat. Doris would do great in any family situation as she is a very mild mannered girl and appears to be house trained. She would love to go for long walks, running on the beach, helping with yard work or just hanging out with her family. We are not sure about cats, but can cat test if needed.
Doris is spayed, heartworm negative, up to date on vaccinations including rabies and micro-chipped. She is on flea and tick preventative and heartworm preventative. Doris is also crate trained. If you would be interested in hearing more about this sweet girl, please indicate her in the notes section of the online application.
