My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi - my name is Teiji and I am looking for a forever family. I am a sweet little boy who loves to cuddle and give kisses. I am a Shih Tzu-Pekingese mix and the vet estimates my age at about 1½. I was found by animal control, wandering down a busy street. I waited at the shelter but no one came to get me. I was so scared.



My foster mommy found me there. She brought me home and my foster family gave me lots of hugs and kisses. They are great but I really want a family of mine own to love forever.



I only weigh about 10 pounds but I like to run with the big dogs. I have a ton of personality with lots of puppy energy to match. I love to run and play. Fetch is my favorite game. I'm working on my housetraining skills, but I haven’t quite mastered them yet - I'm plenty smart and it won't take long!



I am getting ready to have a little neuter surgery (what's that?) in a couple of days, but will be ready to go to a new home in just a couple of weeks. I am currently fostering in Virginia and my asking adoption fee is $300.
