Hello, my name is Lux. I am a spayed, female, rescued from the OC shelter on March 25th. I was suffering from an upper respiratory infection when I was rescued, which has resolved now. I am a dainty girl. Im under 10 pounds. I love to sit on your lap and give kisses like a dog:) If you think your home needs me in it, please contact Casey at The Pet Rescue Center.

ADOPTION PROCESS: All interested parties must fill out an Adoption Application, which will be reviewed to find the best possible match. Our adoption fee is $300 for dogs and $150 for cats, and includes spay/neuter, microchip, flea treatment, deworming, regular veterinary check-ups, and current vaccinations. This fee helps to defray the costs of medical care, supplies and boarding while the animals are in our care. You can find our application online at: http://www.thepetrescuecenter.org/adoptapet.html.

Pets are visited by appointment (times are flexible). Please email Casey Oliver at adopt@thepetrescuecenter.org to arrange a meeting time. This process allows potential adopters to spend adequate time with their prospective pet and prevents long wait times. The Pet Rescue Center is a 501c3 non-profit organization that seeks to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome pets from high kill shelters and is temporarily housed inside the Alicia Pet Care Center at 25800 Jeronimo Rd. Suite 100, Mission Viejo, CA 92691.
