THIS IS CARINA...and she is not only adorable...she is as sweet and as loving as a puppy can be! This little 12 lb, gray/white, <1 yr old, Lhasa Apso puppy was dumped in the shelter with demodex mange. If you look on our special needs page, you will see the deplorable condition this beauty was abandoned in...and at one of the worst shelters in the City. Through it all, she has been a fantastic little girl, never complaining and behaving like a happy puppy would! Carina is a "talker" when she wants another dog to play with her...or when she wants to get on/off the couch, as she doesn't do that on her own! Otherwise, she is not yappy or a big barker. She is a VERY playful girl and MUST (please don't ask us why!) have another young, very playful dog in her life....and would be best in an active home that will take her for lots of walks. A yard should also be in her future, as she is getting really good at doing her business outside...still, she will need training. For a Lhasa, Carina has a fantastic, easygoing personality. She loves her toys, giving kisses, her canine friends and YOU!! So, if you have another young, playful dog...a yard....and lots of love to give -- give Carina a forever happy home!!! She'll unconditionally love you for it!!
Our website is updated daily. Please do not apply for this dog unless your home fits the specified criteria. All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, groomed, vet checked, dewormed, deflea'd and come with a leash, collar and ID tag!

First Sunday of the month, we hold our adoption events at The Healthy Spot West Hollywood (8525 Santa Moinca Blvd, West Hollywood, 90069) from 11am-3pm. Most every other Sunday, unless we are doing a special event, we are at My Pet Naturally (12001 W. Pico Blvd., West LA 90064) from 10:30a-3pm. You can see this, and many more, adorable pups at this weekly event! Please do call us if you are coming to see a particular dog to make sure he/she will be at adoptions (we do not bring sick dogs to our adoption events). Please bring a copy of your application and pictures of your home and yard if we have not done a home check! Most importantly, if you have a dog, make sure you bring him or her to do a compatibility match with the dog you are interested in adopting!!! And don't forget to check out our
