My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Chanel is very calm, but exceptionally alert and attentive. She arrived to our rescue on August 7th. She was removed from a kill shelter on Aug. 5th. Chanel's arrival weight is 8.5 pounds. She is 7 to 8 weeks old. She is black with a brown hue. She also has beautiful whilte markings. Upon arrival to my home, she had a nice, warm bath and then snuggled into a cozy nap on my daughter's lap. She greeted each family member, includng our dog, with an affectionate 'sniffkiss'. She is a very sweet and cuddly young lady. As we get to know her better, we will update this description.
UPDATE: This beautiful girl is becoming a'wee-wee pad pro' and so proud of herself! She sleeps through the night in her open crate and happily greets each family member in the morning with eager kisses. Although still cautiously, she has been actively exploring her home environment each day and is becoming more and more comfortable and
confident. She is alert and attentive--a quick learner! She has been able
to go for walks on a leash. She loves to explore outside with my dog
and literally romps with puppy-joy! Everyone in the family adores her! If you are interested in adopting Chanel, please complete and submit an application for adoption.
