Meet Marty. Found wandering in the Wal-Mart parking lot (hence the name) thirsty and very hungry. She was doing anything she could to get in the store to cool off. Likely dumped like so many others she was lucky to be taken in by rescue and out of the staggering temps of late.

Marty is about 14-16 months old and is a very sweet, quiet dog that loves to be petted and hugged. She gets along with the other dogs and cats, but seems to prefer people like most goldens. She is housebroken and overall a fabulous dog, who deserves her forever home. Marty is low maintenance and just seems grateful to be in out of the heat and having people to love her. Marty's adoption fee covers her rabies vaccine, distemper/parvo, bordatella, spay, microchip and she is current on heartworm and flea prevention.
