Lakelyn is, well, just an exceptional companion who is looking for her forever home. She is well suited for Southwest living given her slow and casual personality (we did, however, have to draw the line at her wanting a turquoise bolo collar). Lakelyn is blessed with a trusting soul. She is not a demonstrably affectionate pup, but she clearly LOVES people and shows her affection with very ladylike behavior; she is not likely to initiate kisses but she will reciprocate in spades to affection first shown her. Our girl would like to use eye shadow but we’ve explained to her that she is too young for make-up. One need only to look at her gorgeous face with its masked eyes framing her white muzzle to recognize she simply has a natural beauty that requires no further enhancement (one of our male doggies, who is a Seinfield fan and loves the episode where Kramer suggested that George’s girlfriend’s nose might be in need of “reduction”, tried to use the same arguments on Lakelyn). She is a confident girl and to her credit made it very clear she liked the way she looked as is. Sensible girl! One of RESCUE’s volunteers was overheard saying that Lakelyn was a “large” dog. Don’t be fooled. Lakelyn is perhaps big boned, but she is just full of affection. She is truly a great girl who will fill your home with joy and affection!
So if you're looking for an easy going, sweet gal who likes to go for daily walks and lounge on the cool floors, this is the girl for you! Fill out an application for this beauty today - www.azrescue.org.
