My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Penny, and I am about 1 yr old. I was found dumped on the side of the road with my puppies and a bag of food. My puppies have all found homes, but I am left. I am scheduled to be spayed soon, since I just weaned my puppies. I am super sweet and love people. I like to chase cats, and grab them. But I love other dogs! I was covered in fleas and feel much better now that I have had a bath and some loves from my rescue mom. I am looking for my forever home, and want to be there quickly. Please contact the rescue if you would like to meet me! I am very, very quiet and haven't barked the whole time I have been with the rescue, so I would be great for a family in an apartment that is worried about barking all day. I would also be great for a family that already has a dog and wants a playmate for them, I LOVE other dogs and people.
