Marty's Story...
Marty is a male black shorthair cat. This guy has huge paws as he is doublepawed but he looks like he is walking around on boxing gloves! Marty is an absolutely fabulous cat who can be a real talker. He adores people and wants you to know how much he loves you. As soon as you walk into the room he greets you from his cage and talks until you have given him the attention he is after. Marty is very sweet and about 1 year old. He has been at the shelter for several months as this wonderful boy is FIV+, must be a indoor only cat, and the only cat in the household.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Marty, a Dayville Hemingway/Polydactyl cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Hemingway/Polydactyl for sale in Dayville, or seeking a Hemingway/Polydactyl cat from a breeder in Dayville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Dayville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Dayville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Hemingway/Polydactyl breeders who help with Hemingway/Polydactyl rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Dayville paves the way for another one to be saved.
