Chanceux's Story...
Chanceux is French for lucky and this little boy certainly is!

Chanceux was found in the middle of a 4 lane highway when a kind young man drove by. It was only when Chanceux raised his head did the young man realize he was still alive!

Chanceux had been hit by a car and would certainly not be here today without this kind person's actions. He was estimated to be around 8 weeks old at the time.

When Chanceux was taken to the vet it was determined that he had a fracture and his leg was put into a splint for 2 months. The vets weren't sure if his back leg could be saved.

Well, 2 months later little Chanceux is running around! He does have a little limp but that is most likely due to him not walking on it for a couple of months and he needs to build up his strength.

Chanceux is a gorgeous little man.... his fur is like angora.

This little boy won't last long, so please put in an application for him.

Chanceux loves to play with the other kitties in his foster home. He is still a little shy, so needs to be adopted either with another cat or kitten, or into a home with another cat. (Unfortunately, he does not seem to like dogs.)

Chanceux is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, litterbox trained, and tested negative for FeLV and FIV. His estimated date of birth is March 2011.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Chanceux, a Colmar Turkish Angora kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Turkish Angora for sale in Colmar, or seeking a Turkish Angora kitten from a breeder in Colmar.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Colmar already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Colmar breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Turkish Angora breeders who help with Turkish Angora rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Colmar paves the way for another one to be saved.
