Angelina's Story...
Angelina
3 months
Gray dilute tabby

Angelina is a cat- cat rather than a people- cat. She loves to tag along with the adult cats in her foster home. She prefers their company to her foster mom. This said, she would make an excellent companion for a lonely single cat or a great addition in a home with multiple cats. This attachment to adult cats came from her beginnings when it was just her and her mom in an Exton backyard. They lived under a cement staircase and were fed by the people who owned the house. Angelinas momma, Scout, was very wily and trap savvy, so it took a bit to catch her. She taught Angelina welland so this little tyke was also hard to get. But both girls were finally trapped and fully vetted. Feral Scout was returned to the yard where shes well cared for by the family. Angelina has been finding her way in foster care.

When shes held and petted, she pours loudly and appears to really enjoy it. Yet when shes put down, she runs and hides. She will need to be kept confined in her adoptive home until she feels comfortable and safe enough to not run. Best time to scoop her up for some loving is around dinner time when shes busy eating.

Angelina needs time to build trust so her ideal home will be small, quiet and with one or two adult cats. If you dont mind a colony kitten thats sweet and very unassumingthen Angelina is your baby.

Shes fully vetted tested negative, spayed and with age appropriate vaccinations. Please give Angelina a chance at a permanent loving home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Angelina, a Colmar Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Colmar, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Colmar.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Colmar already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Colmar breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Colmar paves the way for another one to be saved.
