Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Poor Seeker was found as a stray and was starving so bad that he was eating cardboard and chewing on rocks. He must have been in this condition for a while since the rocks had worn down poor boy's teeth. When he got out of animal control he was so emaciated and weak that he couldn't even stand up on his own. While most dogs like Seeker would automatically be euthanized, the shelter manager saw how sweet and special this boy was so she hand fed him and nursed him back to health. Thankfully, we saw how special this boy was too and brought him into rescue!
Seeker is relatively new to his foster home so he is still trying to figure everything out. He is very quiet and hardly ever barks. He is a pretty low energy dog and just loves to shove his big head into your lap for petting. He is good with other dogs and cats but would probably do best as an only pet so that he could lap up the attention from his humans.
Seeker is a smart boy that has already learned "sit" and "shake" . He is neutered, up to date on all of his vaccines and on heartworm preventative. His adoption fee is $200 to benefit rescued pets like Seeker. If you are interested in meeting Seeker, please contact Melia at melia88@comcast.net.
