As you can see by Chantilly's photos and video, she was in horrible condition when we rescued her from the kill list. Her little body was matted to the skin, drenched in urine and unable to walk normally due to the mats on her legs and stomach! Despite her tragic state Chantilly was as sweet as can be. Even when we got out the noisy shaving device she sat patiently, undoubtedly aware that we were trying to help her. Finally the filth was removed from her. We gave her a warm, soothing bath and thanks to a caring supporter we fit her with a handmade harness to protect her pink skin from the sun. You could tell Chantilly was not only feeling better but she was happy! She proudly walks around, strutting her stuff!

Our princess deserves to live a pampered life for all the day so her life. She needs a home with daily walks, hanging out at the local coffee shop would be a special treat for our social gal and of course plenty of affectionate for our loving gal! Chantilly enjoys canine companionship and would like to have another small dog in her forever home too. Of course every princess needs to have fluffy beds to sleep on and because of her fair skin, she'll need some pretty doggie outfits to protect her from the Arizona sun.
