Maggy (and Willy!)'s Story...
Maggy is a female weimie, who is bonded with her buddy Willy. They are looking for a new home where they can get more exercise and attention. Their current owner writes:

"Willy and Maggy are two four-year-old Weimaraners, looking for a new home. They are perfectly healthy, have never had any health problems, fixed, up to date on all their shots and micro-chipped. They are aesthetically perfect Weimaraners, from top to bottom -- earsto teeth and are in tip-top shape. Willy weighs 84 pounds and has blue eyes. Maggy weighs 75 pounds and has Amber eyes. These two are very smart, sweet, active and affectionate (extremely snuggly) dogs who love each other. Although NYC may provide its wonderful parks (They are very well behaved with other dogs at the dog park), there are only so many places they can be off leash, and with a very hectic work schedule and a small apartment, I can't provide them with a lifestyle suitable for Weimaraners."

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Maggy (and Willy!), a Attica Weimaraner dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Weimaraner for sale in Attica, or seeking a Weimaraner dog from a breeder in Attica.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Attica already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Attica breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Weimaraner breeders who help with Weimaraner rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Attica paves the way for another one to be saved.
