If the pictures don't make it obvious, Kanga is a very pretty cat.
And don't think she doesn't know it! Kanga doesn't carelessly flop
down in a corner, she carefully poses herself as part of the room.
Whether she has draped herself on the window sill next to your bed or
just inside the door to your office she always manages to subtly
insert herself as part of the room's decor. When she's tired of being
scenery she will sneak up next to you and issue a very soft meow to
let you know she's ready for some attention. She's always happy for
pets and especially likes her ears and cheeks rubbed. She is not
particularly delicate, but she definitely thinks of herself that way.
She doesn't mind being picked up and carried properly and she will sit
in your lap for as long as you pet her softly. When you're petting
her up to her standards she will cling to you and purr to let you
know. Kanga likes to play, however she's too dignified to do it in
front of you. Her toys mysteriously move around the house in the
night time. Although she can entertain herself she does have a
special Kanga way of letting you know she's glad you're home. Kanga
is patiently waiting by the window for someone to take her to her
forever home.
