Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Sandro, born approximately May 23, 2011, has an interesting history. He was found outside at about three weeks of age (along with his two sisters) with a burst abscess on his back. He had surgery, yes, surgery, that day where about a quarter-sized piece of dead skin was removed. After being sewn up, he never looked back (we were surprised he made it.) He walked swaybacked for awhile until the skin stretched. As he was bottle fed from three weeks on, he is super friendly, social, purry, and so very sweet. Loves everyone. Used to big dogs and adult cats and plays with his sissies, Sancha & Sanita, very gently.
Foster mom writes - Sandro is a sweet and loving kitten. He loves to play with his sibs, although he can be a little rough. He likes his people and is quite social, as he was bottle fed as a kitten. He came to our care at 8 ounces and 3 weeks old, with a burst abscess on his back. He had immediate surgery to remove dead tissue and any remaining infection. Because of his age and size, his prognosis was not good. However, he came through it with all his might and has totally healed.
