GRIZZLY is a breathtakingly beautiful, 3 yr old, 75 pound, GERMAN SHEPHERD mix. Grizzly was rescued off the streets by a good samaritan in Mississippi. When asked if we would help this wonderful dog of course we said YES! Grizzly had a mild case of heartworms. He was treated for heartworms with no complications and the vet has given us the OK to find his forever home. Grizzly is a WONDERFUL dog! This dog can be trusted around the smallest of toddlers(SEE PHOTO)! He is being fostered in a home with a 4 yr old and she crawls all over him and he HAS NEVER shown one bit of aggressiveness. We can honestly say we know this dog inside and out and he is so gentle with children and toddlers. He is just so THANKFUL to have love and good food that he acts forever grateful. He has a gentleness to him that is different than alot of dogs. Grizzly is also so smart, he turns his head back and forth when you talk to him. The 4 yr old foster child can put his leash on and take him for a walk. He is TOTALLY HOUSE TRAINED AND CRATE TRAINED! He is such a good dog and doesn't bother anything in the house. If you have children and are looking for that dog that can be trusted with them , then Grizzly is your dog! We have promised this sweet boy that we will find him a forever home. Grizzly is also wonderful with other dogs and is fine with cats. HE IS LITERALLY THE PERFECT DOG! Grizzly has been neutered, is current on shots, including bordatella, dewormed, heartworm treated, on preventative and Frontline Plus. He is being fostered in the South, and when adopted he will travel to the New England area by way of a pet transport company, the adoption fee is $395.00 and this includes the transport fee.
