My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Notes: Cubby - young (approx. one year of age) - male - black long coat - 25 pounds

Looking for all the world like a miniature bear, Cubby's little face could melt a glacier. He is outgoing and plucky, and prances about gaily while his glorious coat streams about him.

We do not know what breed combinations have created such a lovely fellow, but they also conspired to produce a little guy with a wonderfully cheery disposition. Cubby was taken in by a rural Good Samaritan who contacted our organization, and we are pleased to welcome him into Hedgesville Hounds.

Cubby is just about to begin his vetting (please see our vetting policies on our home page) and will soon enter foster care. He is young - just around one year of age - and extremely responsive. He has warm, twinkling brown eyes and open, direct eye contact. He reaches up his front paws to be picked up and held, and while his story is still unfolding, we can already predict that it will have a very happy ending.
