Irma - NEEDS FOSTER!'s Story...
Irma is an AMAZING 2 year old Shepherd mix. Irma is a beautiful dog, and she is very loving and friendly! She has an outgoing, sweet personality and is extremely smart. She is a little choosy about her doggy-friends and will need slow to be introduced slowly, and she would be an amazing only dog. Just because Irma is picky about her doggy friends, that doesn't mean that Irma isn't a WONDERFUL dog! She is a happy girl and she makes an amazing best friend. Irma was rescued on her last hour at a shelter. She is young and healthy and has years of love to give. She is looking for a forever home and family of her own - could it be you? Please contact Carol at cdennis@bargerwolen.com or Laurie at ljmecca@cox.net and mecca4pets@cox.net if you'd like to meet this special girl.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Irma - NEEDS FOSTER!, a Los Angeles Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
