My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Boo was surrendered by her owner on 28 August 2011. She originally came to New Moon Rabbit Rescue in Nov 2010 as a stray rabbit and had quickly found her "forever home" in Jan 2011.

She is available for adoption and is hoping to find her FOREVER forever home soon. (Please note: Boo's surrender is in no way related to her behaviour or personality.)

Boo is doing great and is very happy at her foster home. She is very inquisitive. She loves hay and bunny treats and tossing the ball around the cage and she adores her nose rubs!

Not afraid of other animals and gets along quite well with the dogs and cats in her foster home. She is a bit timid at first about being picked up but gets used to it once she realizes that pets and attention are associate with it. She has never nipped or bitten or shown signs of cage aggression – really easygoing bunny!!

NEW UPDATE (21 February 2012):
“She has really come out of her shell. As soon as she is out of her cage she starts doing binkys - quite funny sideways ones that look hilarious. She is litter trained although likes the corner of the pan so there is always a little "spillage". Boo really likes to eat and it needs to be monitored as she would eat endlessly if she could. She gets along with other animals and a noisy household. She is particularly fond of cats! Not a huge chewer, she likes her ball. I have had to watch her around the baseboards if she loses her toy under the chair!”
