This super sweet little boy just arrived from an over burdened Southern Indiana shelter (along with littermate Malcom, also listed). Although initially shy and timid (his litter was abandoned outside at an early age), Angus is quickly coming out of his shell. This is one extremely cool puppy! He seems to have a maturity beyond his age (he is only 15 weeks old) as he is quiet, extremely mellow and just an all around intelligent and watchful dog. He also is already crate trained and is doing excellent with housebreaking (rarely has accidents ~ amazing for a young pup). He is exceptionally sweet and doesn't have a mean bone in his body. Angus has all the positive personality traits of both the Newfoundland and Chow Chow. He has the most amazing soft, cuddly fur. Because of his early abandonment and shyness, we are looking for a forever home that will be patient with him and give him gentle love, attention and show him how much fun life with humans can be. Due to his young age and amazing progress already, Angus should do just fine and make a full turnaround. He already is having fun in his foster home. This pup is outstanding with cats, other dogs and children. He really seems to enjoy the companionship of other animals. We are requiring a fenced yard for Angus, so he can play and explore his new world safely. If you would like more information on one or both pups, contact Carolyn at 630-917-0010.
