WILLOW's Story...
This is Willow. She was rescued on Sept 10th along with 39 other dogs that will be slowly added to our site. Willow is 4 months old and arrived weighing in at 7 pounds. Willow jumps into things slowly thus far. She follows the lead of her brother, Jax. However once she realizes that its ok she is right there with him romping and playing. She is as sweet as they come, and likes to be cuddled. Since Willow is still getting settled into her foster home, we will update this site as we get to know her better.
UPDATE: Willow is a tiny ball of energy. She is quickly becoming comfortable with us and her surroundings and therefore is starting to show her true colors. She is extremely intelligent and is much less dependent on her brother Jax now. She understands what to do on the paper and is quickly learning to do her business outside instead. She is very sweet but is still a little shy in some situations. Willow is as sweet as they come and loves to just sit with you and be pet. UPDATE: Willow is a playful girl. She loves to play with toys especially balls, and will play fetch with you anytime. She aims to please. She is completely paper trained as well as house broken and crate trained. She is walking great on a leash outside with her brother Jax, and after doing her business, loves to romp and play. She is really becoming more confident as the days go by. She also loves to play with our cats as well. She is very sweet and is a wonderful dog! She loves just being with you and her tail wags a mile a minute once she sees you. If you are interested in adoption, please submit an application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

WILLOW, a West Milford Jack Russell Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Jack Russell Terrier for sale in West Milford, or seeking a Jack Russell Terrier puppy from a breeder in West Milford.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in West Milford already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a West Milford breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Jack Russell Terrier breeders who help with Jack Russell Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in West Milford paves the way for another one to be saved.
