Cassie's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Cassie's Story...
Cassie was saved from a local animal shelter after she was picked up as a stray and no one came to reclaim her. Cassie became urgent at the shelter after she tested positive for heartworms and the shelters lack of space. Rescued Friends had a wonderful foster step up and shes now loving life in a foster home. Cassie is approximately 1- 1.5 years old and she gets along great with other dogs. She also LOVES kids and would make an excellent addition to any family. Cassie is housebroken and crate trained as well. Lucy has not started heartworm treatment but the treatment is already prepaid with our vet, so whoever adopts her would be responsible for getting her treatment done. Our vet is in Arlington and she's also keep on flea/tick prevention as well. Lucy's adoption fee also includes her spay, all vaccines, and microchip.
Adoption fee is $150.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cassie, a Arlington Schnauzer (Miniature) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Schnauzer (Miniature) for sale in Arlington, or seeking a Schnauzer (Miniature) dog from a breeder in Arlington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Arlington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Arlington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Schnauzer (Miniature) breeders who help with Schnauzer (Miniature) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Arlington paves the way for another one to be saved.
