Dotty's Story...
Hi, I'm Dotty. I'm a Hairless Chinese Crested and I'm 10 years old. I weigh about 11 lbs. and I am a perfect little lap dog. I'm mellow, I like to hang out with my human, and I LOVE having a canine best friend. I get cold and like to sleep and cuddle with a buddy :) My foster mom encourages me to sing with my friends every night and she and put a video on you tube. If you'd like to watch me, the video is uploaded here. I was taken in by Pick Me! Pet Rescue, and I hear I'm very lucky. I heard someone say that dogs my age don't make it out of shelters, because everyone wants puppies :( I'm not mischieveous like a puppy, and you're looking for a companion who will be a loyal best friend, I'd love to meet you. I have a GREAT personality. I have all of my shots, I'm spayed, I have a microchip. My adoption donation is $150.00. If you'd like an application for me, please contact petadopt@hotmail.com and she will send you one. Thanks for reading about me!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dotty, a Palm Harbor Chinese Crested dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chinese Crested for sale in Palm Harbor, or seeking a Chinese Crested dog from a breeder in Palm Harbor.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Palm Harbor already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Palm Harbor breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chinese Crested breeders who help with Chinese Crested rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Palm Harbor paves the way for another one to be saved.
