Mac's Story...
Mac is living with his owner and is about a year old, however the landlord is not accepting Mac; we are looking for a foster to adopt or a forever home for him, before he is placed in a NYC shelter!!! He's a red husky with a beautiful coat, is up to date with his shots and is incredibly loving He lives to interact and play with people. Although he's young, he's quite the obedient dog and knows the commands sit, come, and the basics. He loves to run around and exercise and will do well for a family who enjoys the outdoors. Mac loves other dogs, especially other huskies. He's great with children of all ages. Please reach out ASAP for more information.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mac, a Huntington Station Siberian Husky/Husky puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Siberian Husky/Husky for sale in Huntington Station, or seeking a Siberian Husky/Husky puppy from a breeder in Huntington Station.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Huntington Station already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Huntington Station breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Siberian Husky/Husky breeders who help with Siberian Husky/Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Huntington Station paves the way for another one to be saved.
