My story

Hi! I’m Cassidy (nicknamed Cassie) and I'm looking for a forever family. I'm a sweet, little girl Shih Tzu (maybe Lhasa-Tzu) and the vet estimates my age between 7 and 8. I’m only sixteen pounds.

I had been someone’s pet until they left me at an Animal Shelter. I didn’t understand and I thought they were coming back for me. I was so scared and confused. The great people at this rescue found me and recognized what a dollbaby I am.

I love to snuggle and I’m very well behaved. I'm housebroken and will even let you know when I need to go outside. I'm great at sleeping at the foot of the bed but will try to sneak up to the pillow when nobody is looking .

I have a lot of love to give. My foster mom told me that there is a special person or family out there that will love me forever. Is that you?
