Jasmine was brought into the shelter by her previous owners who claimed that she had killed their cat. As it turns out, Jasmine was soon after placed into foster care, in a home with 8 cats and not once has she tried to harm a one of them. It would appear from what we have witnessed, that she is just a very large playful puppy and as such should be kept away from any small animal or child that could be accidentally hurt by her exuberance.
Jasmine is in fact a sweetheart who loves everyone but as a young dog weighing more than a 100 lbs, she needs an experienced owner to help her develop into a capable, confident and reliable companion.
Jasmine is house trained, and has been left mainly to walk off leash so will need some further leash training. She bonds very strongly to her people and once that occurs she will never leave your side. She loves going for rides in the car and is very good you just ask her and she hops right into the vehicle and sits down. She is a large goofy pup that enjoys having other dogs around to play with. She is an affectionate, loving dog who in the right environment, will show herself to be a great companion.
If you think Jasmine would be a good fit for your situation, please go to our website at uglymutts.com and submit an application for consideration.asmine would be fine in an apartment as Danes are fairly inactive indoors however she would be best suited to a home with a large yard.
