My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Super “Nova”s Foster Home is located in Jacksonville, Florida Florida

Nova short for Super Nova is a gorgeous Red and Black, approximately 1year old female, spayed German Shepherd Dog. Nova is up to date on vaccinations, flea, tick and heartworm preventative.

Nova was rescued out of a high kill shelter in Ga., where she was originally picked up as a stray. Nova is extremely high energy hence her name “Super Nova” She loves to play and would benefit greatly with another canine playmate that matches her energy or someone that is very active with their lifestyle.

Since being in foster care Nova has such high intelligence and she really enjoys learning and has picked up on basic obedience very quickly. She needs someone to give her direction and keep up with her obedience training because she enjoys the mental stimulation. She absolutely loves water and will dunk her head in her own water bowel. She is a gem of all gems, very sweet and affectionate. She is good with all animals and children.

If you would like to offer this special girl a loving home Please Email:luvgermansheps@yahoo.com

An application needs to be completed prior to a meet and greet. All dogs in rescue are temperament tested and have basic obedience implemented as a part of their daily routine. All behavioral issues are dealt with according to each case scenario. All dogs prior to going home are up to date on all vaccinations, neutered and or spayed, and microchipped.

Adoption fees range from $100 - $350 depending on age, degree of personalized training, and if proof of bloodlines can be provided.

Application, home-check, and references must be approved prior before final adoption.
