Picolina's Story...
Ciao bellas, my name is Picolina and I'm just a little peanut. I'm a four year old Chihuahua Jack Russel mix and I only weigh 3 pounds. Some bad people threw me out on the streets to fend for myself. My foster mom says I rule the roost here. Well I don't want those big guys taking advantage of me! I'd rather not be around kids but I like cats just fine. I would sure like to be your forever dog! Won't you pick me?

To find out more information about this pup please email us at Dogsnharmony@gmail.com We will provide information about our process/paperwork and you can request an application there as well. Thank you and we look forward to helping you find your new fur-ever friend!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Picolina, a Salem Chihuahua/Jack Russell Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Jack Russell Terrier for sale in Salem, or seeking a Chihuahua/Jack Russell Terrier dog from a breeder in Salem.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Salem already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Salem breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Jack Russell Terrier breeders who help with Chihuahua/Jack Russell Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Salem paves the way for another one to be saved.
