Dahlia-Pending's Story...
Sweet little Dahlia is such a great puppy! Found whimpering and alone in an alley, this beautiful girl is about as loving as it gets. Dahlia is a happy girl that loves everyone, and her little tail is always wagging. When she was rescued we noticed she walked with a limp on her front leg. Our vet said it was from an old fracture that did not heal properly. Dahlia is having surgery to try and correct it and will not be at the adoption events at this time. She loves to curl up in your lap for a nap and play with the other dog and cat in her foster home. Dahlia will make a great fit for a family or companion for another dog. We would appreciate donations towards her surgery and inquires about her status. Birth date 6-11-11

Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Bulldog/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Detroit, or seeking a American Bulldog/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) puppy from a breeder in Detroit.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Detroit already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Detroit breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Bulldog/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with American Bulldog/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue.
