Bonnie is an approximately 6 settled former, Momma dog from the South Bronx who was thrown away like yesterday's news, once her usefulness as a breeder was over. Despite her past, Bonnie is a very loving girl who is truly Velcro! All Bonnie wants in life is to be by your side. Very obedient. Is responding beautifully to SIT, STAY and COME. A long and lanky girl, she has the serious look of a Mastiff and follows you around the yard, very close to your side. Has learned to have some fun and now will chase a ball. I was told there was pitbull in her, but I'm not really seeing that. She rated "MILD" on her temperament tests at Manhattan Animal Control (I will share this with any potential adopter) which is why I pulled her from that shelter. A stately lioness, Bonnie will thrive in a forever home. She would be fine in a home with a cat and perhaps a mellow MALE dog. Please contact thepolishedpitbull@gmail.com to find out about Bonnie.
