My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Can you say CUTE???? Pixel is an ultra-cute chihuahua boy, 3-4 months old and currently weighing in at 3 pounds. He has gorgeous coloring, and his radar ears will warn you of low-flying aircraft! He was abandoned in a vacant home with Peaches, who we believe is his mommy. They are a very bonded pair, and we would like them to get adopted together. Therefore, we are looking for a family with room in home, heart and schedule for both of them. Pixel is still very much a baby, so a family with a stay-at-home person to attend to training, play time and socialization will be ideal. Because Pixel is very small and fragile, no very small children, please.

You can meet Pixel and Peaches at their current foster home, Wilmette Pet Center, 625 Green Bay Rd., (847-251-6750) seven days a week during normal store hours.

Pixel's adoption fee of $325 includes: vet exam, DAPP (distemper combo) vaccination, bordetella vaccination, microchip, deworming and neuter.
