Dakota's Story...
Dakota is a 5-6 year old Saint/Pyrenees mix. Special circumstances forced her owner to turn Dakota over to Arizona Saint Bernard Rescue. Dakota enjoys going on walks and keeping you company but she especially enjoys playing with her friends in the water. Mostly, Dakota is a mellow girl who loves people and gets along with most dogs. If you are looking for a calm companion dog that still enjoys a daily play session, Dakota could be just the girl for you.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dakota, a Glendale St. Bernard/Great Pyrenees dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a St. Bernard/Great Pyrenees for sale in Glendale, or seeking a St. Bernard/Great Pyrenees dog from a breeder in Glendale.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Glendale already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Glendale breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even St. Bernard/Great Pyrenees breeders who help with St. Bernard/Great Pyrenees rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Glendale paves the way for another one to be saved.
