Beau's Info...

I am housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Beau's Story...
Beau is approx 4-5 yrs old and came to us from a kill shelter in KY. He had some skin infections on his feet and is currently being treated but looks amazing!!. He is currently up to date on vaccines, dewormed, flea/tick treated & heartworm negative. Beau will be neutered before his adoption.

He is good with other dogs and cats but not sure about children(he hasn't been around any). We are working on basic commands & house manners as i assume he was a hunting dog in his past life and doesn't know much about home life. He is a very gentle and loving dog just looking for a family to love him and would make a great companion to curl up on the couch with. He loves to go on walks and requires a moderate amount of activity and exercise. Please call/email if you are interested in Beau so we can schedule a home visit.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Beau, a Cleveland English (Redtick) Coonhound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a English (Redtick) Coonhound for sale in Cleveland, or seeking a English (Redtick) Coonhound dog from a breeder in Cleveland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cleveland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cleveland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even English (Redtick) Coonhound breeders who help with English (Redtick) Coonhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cleveland paves the way for another one to be saved.
