Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi Folks, I'm Snicket. Hey no wise cracks. It's not a typo & my name isn't Snickers (like the candy bar). I'm not fat! I'm just big boned! And aren't I gorgeous? My foster family is trying to help me shed a few pounds too. I think they have me on what is called the prison camp diet. You know, half the kibble I should be getting & the other half is frozen (thawed) green beans. At first I refused to eat the green beans but other starving beagles cleaned my plate so I decided I'd better gulp what I could before I became as skinny as they are. Ok I am a happy girl. I love people & want to be near them all the time. I'm house trained but I don't like to spend too much time outside. I just do my business & come back in unless someone accompanies me outside. Then I will be happy to walk with them! I like other dogs and cats too. I think I would like children but there aren't any here to find out. I think they stay away so they don't starve! If you are looking for a nice quiet beagle girl who loves people and doesn't misbehave EVER please consider me. Id like to find a family that will give me lots of love and cuddling and aren't quite so stingy with the food. But hurry before I turn into a Chihuahua or waste away to nothing.
Foster note:
Snicket is a very nice beagle. She is one of the happiest dogs we have fostered. She has no issues except her weight. She doesn't like being separated from people but she doesn't bark or make a fuss when we leave the house. (We do have other dogs that keep her company also) She is house trained. She is crate trained but we have allowed her to sleep in a rug in our bedroom. She is so well behaved and is quiet all night.
