My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sweet and affectionate is what Misty is through and through. She stole my heart when I saw her in the drop off pen at our local shelter. She was not shy and cowering like some are, just very confused as to why she had been left there. So are we..confused, that is, as to how someone could leave such a precious dog as Misty at the shelter. Well, she is safe now at Cedar Farm and would love to meet her new forever family. Misty loves other dogs and is very friendly with every new dog she meets. She is very good with our cats too and should do just fine with children because of her sweet nature. Misty is 5 months old and currently weighs 32 lbs. She will likely be a 45-50 lb dog when she is full-grown. Like most border collies, she is VERY smart and is already crate-trained and housebroken. Misty has been spayed and is up to date on all of her shots. She is also microchipped and on monthly preventatives for heartworms, fleas and ticks.
