Here's what the humans have to say about me:
ADOPTION PENDING!!! Hello, my name is Coco and I guess you’re reading this to find out if I might be the perfect new family member for you. The humans who live with me and the new ones I meet all seem to use the same word to describe me -- sweet. I’m not sure exactly what that means; maybe it has something to do with the color of my fur, chocolate. I like to give attention and love to my humans, and I usually show this by putting my paw on them or snuggling on the couch with them, or giving them kisses. I hear that humans love chocolate kisses! I also enjoy playing with my toys and taking walks to meet other dogs and people. I used to live with three other dachshunds, an outside cat and two children and we all got along very well. I’m getting along well with the dogs in my foster home, too. I do my business outside and I sleep at night in a comfy bed in my crate. My foster home has been kind enough to get my shots up-to-date, and I am scheduled to be spayed very soon. I have so much love to share. A family who can take care of me and love me for the rest of my life would be the sweetest thing of all. My adoption fee is $250 and I'm in a foster home on Staten Island, NY.
