***This kitten is located in Henrico County, near Short Pump. DOB 07/17/11***My name is Riggs, I am a white Manx male kitten. I was rescued by my foster mom so I would not be hurt by wild animals at Smith Mountain Lake where my feral mom and dad live. My foster mom bottle fed me so I could live and be healthy and find a loving family to adopt me. My very short tail gives me a very unique look.
