Hi there - my name is Rummy, and I am a 21 month old Shih Tzu. I’m 18 lbs. worth of fun and loving! I am still a puppy sometimes, and I love to play and cuddle. I enjoy going for long walks, and would also really appreciate a fenced in yard of my own to run circles in and be a little crazy. I’d also really like a pal my own size to play with.

I am in perfect health, and have great muscles, even though I am neutered (what’s that all about anyway?). I’m also up to date with all my vaccines and micro chipped too. My foster mom says I have the most beautiful sad eyes and the longest lashes ever.

When I meet new people I will bark a little, but soon become very friendly. My foster mom says I need more socializing around humans to feel more confident in myself when I am not at home. Maybe puppy school would be nice too, to help me with my manners; I like to jump up and act silly when the humans come home, but I am trying to get better. I am doing really well with my housetraining, and just have accidents occasionally. I am not sure I want to be alone all day, so a pal or a human who is home more would be great.
