Uriah is a happy, playful and active 8-month-old Schnauzer/Terrier mix puppy who was rescued from the San Bernardino City Shelter. He is good with other dogs and very friendly to all people. Uriah is potty-trained and does not lift his leg in the house. Though curious and inquisitive, he is not destructive. He does not seem to have an overt need to chew; he seems more intent on being inquisitive about his environment, playing with the other dogs, or acquiring different toys about the house.

Uriah is crate-trained and walks well on the leash. Though Uriah can be a bit boisterous at times, he is a fast learner (for example, he learned to sit calmly in front of you, on command, in one day. We do this in order to get his full attention. He also learned to walk on the leash in one day). Uriah loves life, enjoys being by your side, and is quite lovable and sweet. We feel that Uriah would be a great dog for a family who understands the needs of a young, playful pup, and who also enjoys including their dog in various outdoor activities and in their daily lives.

Uriah is neutered, de-wormed, fully vaccinated including rabies, and micro-chipped.
