'TJ' is a precious puppy, about 5 mo. old and already he is unwanted. Why do people get puppies without thinking about the commitment? So many beautiful, sweet and wonderful puppies are purchased and then abandoned at the shelter, where they only have a very limited time before they are killed to make room for the next one, and the next one......
