Harry's Story...
Look at this sweet face!! Harry is approx. 10 lbs. and 6-7 years old. He's a bit fearful, but with a bit of patience and gentleness in an adult household, he will bond easily with you and progress. Harry gets along well with dogs, especially ones his size. He's never been tested around a cat. He has been neutered, is up-to-date on all vaccinations and has recently had all his dental work done. This guy has so much love to give and needs someone to give it to! He's a ready made best friend! Harry is expected to live approx. 12-14 years and needs someone to commit to him for the rest of his life. Could that someone be you? For more information, please contact Lil at

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Harry, a North Haven Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in North Haven, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in North Haven.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in North Haven already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a North Haven breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in North Haven paves the way for another one to be saved.
