My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Charisse and her 3 siblings were saved from our local kill shelter. They were brought in as strays so nothing is known of their background.

We believe them to be "dorkie pups" which is a cross between yorkie and dachshund. Wire-haired doxie might also be in there. Charisse is on the shy side and needs time to warm up to her human. We feel she would be best in a home with older children. She weighs 12 pounds now at age 5 mo. and we believe he will top out around 25 pounds. Of course, since we don't know her background, this is only a guess on our part.

Charisse is in foster care in E. TN and will be transported north to her forever home. The transport company (Alpha Dog Transport) charges $125 when your pup is claimed. Their vet records are also handed off at that time.

Charisse is UTD on shots - puppy shots (parvo/distemper), rabies shot, and is spayed.
In order to complete the series of shots required for transport, these pups will not be available for adoption until Nov. 11.
